According to Cheyenne Morrison over at
The Private Islands Blog, Leonardo di Caprio has agreed to partner with the Four Seasons Resorts chain to create a 'green hotel' on Blackadore Caye, an island he owns located a few miles west of Ambergris Caye.
New York gossip columnist Liz Smith reports ground-breaking on the new hotel will begin in 2008.
