Not being the pessimist here, just wondering..
"We will bring to Belize new sugar cane varieties..." I wonder what this means? Genetically altered sugar cane? Cane from another region/country? If so, from where, and what problems might they be having with their own crops? What about cross-pollination if these are genetically altered? Did you know that in the Laws of Moses, (Leviticus 19:19) I guess I would just want to make sure that these new sugar cane varieties will not affect our current crops.
