Belize Electricity Limited is offering an opportunity to invest in Belize's Electricity industry throught purchase of its "SERIES 4 DEBENTURES".
Debentures are $100 each and interest payments are made on a quartely basis on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year until maturity.
Current debentureholders also have the option to reinvest their interest earnings in additional Series 4 Debentures.
