All visitors who submit a website for consideration warrant that their
website complies with Belizean's Life Directory Linking Policy and
agree to Belizean's Life Directory Listing Agreement.
Belizean's Life Directory provides this service to visitors for free,
and as such all visitors are volunteers.
Belizean's Life Directory has no control over any content that is
served from an external website.
The text entries, and URLs, in the directory database have been written
by third parties.
Belizean's Life Directory makes no warranty, guarantee or promise as to
their accuracy or reliability.
Belizean's Life Directory makes no warranty, guarantee, endorsement or
promise in relation to any aspect of a third party service, product,
company, other entity or other matter.
Belizean's Life Directory's Privacy Policy applies to all personal
information that is collected off the Belizean's Life Directory website.
All submissions are subjected to the Terms of Service, which update
from time-to-time without notice.
Description of Services: Belizean's Life Directory provides a
professional review by an editor for inclusion
into the Belizean's Life Directory. By submitting a URL, you
acknowledge that the payment is for a review of
that URL, and does not constitute inclusion in the Belizean's Life
Directory.
Payment: All payments are due upon submission, if your listing is not
approved for some reason we will fully
refund your money back to you. All other fees are non-refundable and
all listings approved are subject to an
annual review to ensure compliance with our terms of service. All
prices are in US$. (US$1 = BZ$2)
Eligibility: Belizean's Life Directory will not accept the following:
All websites not related to Belize.
Pornography or explicit adult themes, Political propaganda, Racist,
sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory content, Illegal material
(including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law
- e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc), Spyware or adware,
Slanderous/defamatory content or Sites that contain mostly affiliate
links.
This is not an exhaustive list. Belizean's Life Directory reserves the
exclusive right to determine which websites it will link to. However,
Belizean's Life Directory will only reject or delete a listing where
the content of the subject website is deemed, in the opinion of a
Belizean's Life Directory editor, to be offensive, not in the global
public interest, or generally in bad taste.
Placement: Belizean's Life Directory reserves the right to edit titles
and descriptions, and move submissions from page to page, and category
to category.
Termination: Belizean's Life Directory reserves the right to terminate
a site from the directory for any breach of the Terms of Service.
Belizean's Life Directory may also at any time discontinue the service
with or without notice.
Further, Belizean's Life Directory shall not be liable for termination
of services.

At least one of four Caribbean countries promised new radars to track hurricanes will have them just in time for the 2008 hurricane season.
A ground breaking ceremony in Belize has paved the way for the doppler weather radar to be installed by June and operating the following month.
Its part of a European Union funded plan costing over 19 million US dollars for the construction of four radar towers in Belize, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
Acting chief meteorologist in Belize Raman Frutas says the radar will reduce the reliance on satellites.
Frutas says the entire region will benefit when the other radars are installed.
